One of the Marine Corps’ mantras is, ‘Officers eat last.’ Taking care of the business means we put the needs of the customers and our colleagues before ourselves. Putting our partnerships before us is the right thing to do and is what builds long-term success.
Integrity
We are a team that puts honesty first and focus on being straightforward and to the point. Customers and colleagues are not numbers and items to be transacted, but partners with whom we find success together. Acquiring a quality business and developing trust and confidence with our partners are our two primary goals.
Humility
One of the best tools in the leader’s toolbox is the three-word phrase, ‘I don’t know.’ We admit we don’t have all the answers to every problem, but we know that we can collaborate with existing colleagues to get ideas and find answers that help the business move forward.
Accountability
We understand that as owners, the buck stops with us. Having led multiple teams, we believe that leadership is responsible for everything a team does or fails to do. This means that we will not rest until we know your business inside and out, while being clear-eyed and discrete to discover the potential and the risks of what you as a business owner have built.
